Baidu has launched a new service called “Baidu Rencai” (rencai means “talent” in Chinese), an employment website in beta.

Is Baidu Rencai just another SIMILAR employment website?

Well, it looks similar to other employment websites in China; however, with a unique feature for job hunters and a new payment model for employers.

Job hunters can easily “copy” their resume from the top employment websites; 51job.com, zhaopin.com and chinahr.com. It’s great feature for users as well as for Baidu’s penetration into employment market.

Baidu Rencai offers an attractive CPA model for employers who only pay when they find qualified candidates.
