Top 20 Downloaded Android Apps in China

Based on a research from EnfoDesk, the downloads of social apps in major Chinese Android market increased steadily in September.

Top 20 SNS apps on this list had been downloaded for 445,459,260 times in total. Weixin, Sina Weibo and Mobile QQ apps are in the top 3 with the share of 26.4%, 16.6% and 15.1% respectively. Their market share accounted for 58.2% among these 20 apps.

With the social system build by Tencent empire, weixin has accumulated more than 200 million users in less than 14 months. Sina weibo keeps optimizing users experience with continuous improvement of products. Beyond that, taking advantage of users’ fragmented time, Sina Weibo could provide users with comprehensive and convenience information. As for mobile QQ, years of development in mobile internet enables it to build solid relationship with users.
