  2. Tudou
  3. Ku6
  4. 56.com
  5. Joy.cn

Let’s not forget new comers like Xunlei, ppstream, pplive, and a lot more others. Xunlei could be a serious threat. Xunlei is a p2p search and download tool (for anything especially music and videos), very very popular in China.

  • over 60% of online video users are male
  • 80% are below 30 year old
  • 50% users have an advanced diploma education and above with an average monthly income of over 7000 yuan
  • In July, video websites have over 113 million unique users every week; the average visit time is close to 7 minutes
  • internet users spend more time watching online video than TV
    • Online video: 23.4 hours/week
    • TV: 17 hours/week

English ones usually come with less programs. PPS doesn't want too much attention from oversea content owners.

I use PPStream a lot. Is there anything that is really like PPStream in English? I remember checking before and finding some English ones like it, but with much less content.
