Tencent’s Answer to Enterprise Weibo: Microspace

Tencent quietly launched “Weikongjian” or microspace in beta last Friday, an enterprise level marketing product. Tencent Weikongjian is integrated with other Tencent social products including QZone and its instant messenger QQ, aiming to be a microblog marketing and social CRM platform for enterprises.

CR-Nielsen released a report with regard to China online advertising in Feburary 2009. Total estimated online advertising value is about 710 million yuan (about 103.94 million USD, 19.2% increase compared with Feb 2008) with 4,148 campaigns, 1,617 advertisers, 8,712 creatives.
