Total consumer goods retail sales in China reached 3,809.4 billion yuan (US$545.35 bn) in November 2019, increasing by 8.0% year-on-year (nominal growth rate. Real growth rate was 4.9 percent). Out of the total, consumer goods retail sales excluding automobiles hit 3,462.9 billion yuan, up 9.1%.
